The hotel's location is perfect, clean rooms, friendly staff, silent air conditioning system, good breakfast variety, amazing views.

Everything was spot on.

Not enough hangers for towels and personal clothing in the bathrooms; not one chair in the room lighting insufficient, ( including for reading )rules and regulations printed, somewhat insulting no cable tv, unpardonable!

The location of the hotel was ideal, walking distances to the central township and a number of beaches, it was also on the local bus route and only 5mins walk to the Buzios bus station.

The only thing was the bathroom required more ventilation and the room was a little damp.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the town center and the beaches. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a small but clean pool. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

The employees of the hotel were friendly and the location was good. On walking distance to the centre of Buzios and it's beaches.

The hotel is very dirty. Towels are worn out and dirty. Stains on the bed sheets. When entering the room there was also a bit of a urine smell. Mold in the bathroom. Rust on the refrigerator. In the bathroom sink you only have cold water which for a guy is not so nice if you have to shave. When taking a shower the water does not flow away properly which causes the whole bathroom to get wet. When leaving checking out we have asked for a late check out but this was not possible. We were willing to pay for it. The reception desk employee told as that late check outs are not possible and you would have to pay for an entire day. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we could not keep the room until 5 pm. I then asked if we could still use the shower of the swimming pool because we where suppose to take a bus later on that afternoon. This was not possible! I have never experienced that you could not enter the facilities anymore after checking out. I even offered to pay for it but the employee told us that the hotel rules were like that. After all a very disappointing experience in this hotel. Would definitely not return and would prefer to have paid a bit more for clean hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, near the center, and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It's also situated away from the garden, making it quieter at night. There are shared activities available at other hotels in the Latitud group to enjoy.

The poor customer service and cleanliness affect the overall experience and the value for money.

Great Location and Comfortable Rooms This hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the action. the room is cozy and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly. the buffet breakfast is delicious, with a great variety of options. the location is key, allowing easy access to restaurants and beaches. Plus, the hotel is built on a hill, providing a beautiful view of the lake from the rooms and breakfast area.

Old Air Conditioning the air conditioning is very old and not very efficient. It can get quite hot in the rooms during the day.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and the beautiful beaches. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the gorgeous views from our room and the well-maintained pool. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded our expectations in every way.

Great location, close to the main road and the beach. Excellent staff, always willing to help with a smile. The hotel room was comfortable enough for a romantic escape.

Wifi connection was not reliable and could only be used in the lobby. The pool area was a bit disappointing, not the best place to spend time during the day.
